PhD Program Admission Requirements

Master’s degree in Economics
Minimum A- (80%, first class) average in MA degree
Three academic letters of reference
Statement of research interest
Proof of competency in English may be required

Application Deadline

Deadline is February 1. (No early decisions will be made)
Admission is only for September of each year
Admission is based on academic potential and the match of the applicant’s research interests to faculty strengths. A supervisor is not required at this stage
